If you're new to HIIT & Flow: fear not. This fun, energizing workout combines high intensity interval training on gliders with power vinyasa. Plus a big old sprinkle of great tunes and vibes. Get ready to work hard, have a whole lot of fun, and celebrate Halloween the Flex & Flow way!
