Yoga lovers of all levels are invited to join Flex & Flow co-founder and instructor Jamie King on the beautiful, lush coast of Nicaragua at the Coco Loco Eco-Resort for 4 nights and 5 days of relaxing, stress-free retreat. Highlights include surfing, empty beaches, hammock-swinging, poolside afternoons with a book, and all the yoga you could possibly imagine. Prices include lodging, airport transportation, all meals, all yoga classes, and more.

Beach Cabana
The newly rebuilt Beach Cabanas are designed with comfort and coolness in mind. These eco-friendly cabanas are built using local pine and eucalyptus woods and local palm thatch for the roofs. Each cabana has its own private bathroom and open-air shower — imagine showering under the stars at night — and eco-composting toilets to help reduce water consumption. Shared Room | No A/C

This new beach front addition to Coco Loco is only steps from the beach and is located just outside the main gate. The large house features an amazing wrap around deck with plenty of hammocks and lounge chairs, a fully stocked kitchen and a surf viewing beach front platform.
